The School maintains health records and emergency contact information on each student. This information enables the school staff to react quickly and accurately in calling parents or emergency contact names and checking authorization for taking the child from school. School staff may also seek emergency treatment when a parent cannot be reached or circumstances are life threatening. It is the responsibility of the parents to update all health and emergency contact information, including the parents’ addresses and phone numbers. No student will be allowed to attend school without an Emergency Release Form on file. These forms must be turned in to the Admission Office by the first day of school. Parents should contact the School Nurse with updated information.
